Returns

We do not accept returns of items-carpet/fabric/velour/TPE brands:

- Custom Mats, Exconomical Mats, Graphite Mats, Gray Excellence, Beige Mats, Excellent Mats, Premium Mats, Sport Line, Logo Mats, Hybrid, Sport Edition, Velour Mats, Gt Line, Extra premium Mats, Exclusive and Rubber TPE.

These mats are manufactured (as a unit) exclusive tailor-made to your model, in the option and color that has been decided by the consumer, always being a customized product. If the consumer has the wrong car model or color of mat, please send an e-mail to ventas@reyalfombrillas.es with its incidence and we will offer you a discount so that you can make the order correctly. If you have any questions about the color of your vehicle, please contact us before you make the order, we always advise to dark colors because they are good with any upholstery.

If you are accepted, returns, floor mats, trunk, bumpers, trunk, accessories and rugs external manufacturer in rubber or pvc.

You have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order for a refund. You need to request it through your account on our website,

For the case of Spain and Portugal (excluding all islands): We will arrange a collection via courier CTT Express at the address provided in the order, minus the sum of 4.95 euros for the return, and corresponding to the data collection. Normally the pick-up is planned for the following working day of the receipt of the form. We offer this return service at a reduced cost to avoid investing time and a higher cost, of approximately € 15, for any return with another transport company.

For the rest of Europe: you have to send us the mats to our warehouse in Spain to be able to tramitarle the return.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction after deducting the costs associated with the return, 4,95 euros.

In the case of collecting failed for not having prepared the package, wrong address/wrong or absent at the time indicated by the client, the second and subsequent collections have a cost of 2.99 euros/pick-up. Alternatively, the customer may bring the package to the delegation of CTT Express corresponding to your zip code indicating the number of collection that we offer via e-mail.

In case of withdrawal on your part, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us, for example your refund (3,99€) and management of return (4,95€) without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Please note that:

  1. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
  2. Refunds will not be given to products made to measure, custom.
  3. The condition of the product or products must be the same of receipt, otherwise we will refund you.
  4. For hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of products visibly used, stepped on or handled.
  5. If there is an error in the order on the part of reyalfombrillas.it is, what subsanamos, we do not make refund free of charge.

CorreosExpress does not offer return service/pickup. If this is your case, you need to send your tracks your package to the return.

Warranty

The warranty covers manufacturing defects, does not cover wear and tear of the product for their own use.
